How it works
Take the test
108 short statements, about 15 minutes. Stop and continue whenever you like.
Get your report
Your full results, a personal analysis and guidance on your strongest schemas. Read it on screen, print it or save it.
Load your AI pack
Five files you drop into a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini project. Your AI now knows your results and how to guide the conversation.
Take it to a therapist
Every session ends with notes for your therapist. Less time mapping, more time changing.
Turn your AI into a guide that knows you
Most AI chats start from zero. Your AI Companion Pack changes that. Load it once, and your AI starts every conversation already knowing your 27 scores, what each of your schemas means, what keeps it going and where it may come from.
It also gets guidance on how to talk with you — the way a schema therapist would approach it: one question at a time, reflecting back what it hears, looking for the need underneath, and helping you find a kinder, stronger voice. The result is a personal reflection guide, built around your own profile.
Knows your profile
Your schemas, beliefs and childhood needs are in its knowledge from the first message. No explaining yourself from scratch.
Talks like a schema therapist would
Curious, patient, one step at a time. There at 11 at night when something hits, and willing to go over the same pattern as often as you need.
Knows its limits
It doesn't diagnose or dig into trauma, and it points you to real help when things get heavy. It's preparation for therapy, not a replacement.
An illustrative example of how someone might use it — not a real customer.
Alex, walking it off
Alex came through a hard divorce. Some days grief catches him off guard, and he keeps circling back to the things he feels he got wrong in the marriage, and to the family life he's lost.
His test put Self-Sacrifice, Defectiveness / Shame and Punitiveness / Unforgiving of Self near the top. He loaded his pack into Claude and left it there.
Now, on his evening walks, he opens a voice chat and just talks. Claude already knows his results, so it doesn't need the backstory. It listens, then asks one quiet question at a time: what would you say to a friend who'd done the same thing? Saying it out loud, to no one but himself really, helps him get his thoughts straight.
Claude keeps track across the walks, notices the words he reaches for when he blames himself, and gently points to the harsh, unforgiving voice underneath. Over a few weeks, Alex has a page of honest notes, and a clearer idea of what he wants to work on with a therapist.
See what a conversation looks like
An example, using the AI pack in a Claude project. The AI knows your results, asks one question at a time, links what you say to your schemas, and wraps up with notes for your therapist.
The pack has safety rules built in: no diagnosis, no digging into trauma memories alone, and crisis numbers if things get heavy.

Preparation for therapy — not therapy
Therapy is valuable, and expensive. The first sessions often go to working out what's going on. This does that groundwork with you, so your therapist can start where it matters.
The AI conversations help you put words to your patterns. They don't diagnose, don't treat, and don't replace a professional.
What you bring to your first session
- Your strongest schemas and what they mean for you
- The childhood needs that may sit underneath
- Notes from your own AI conversations
- A one-page summary written for your therapist
Questions
What does it cost?
€29.50 once, including VAT: the test, your results and personal analysis, and the AI Companion Pack. No subscription.
Which AI can I use?
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. It works best with a "project" (ChatGPT, Claude) or "Gem" (Gemini), where you add the files once. On free plans you can upload the files at the start of a chat. The pack includes step-by-step setup.
What does my AI need to support?
Your AI plan must let you save instructions and upload files to a reusable workspace: a Project or custom GPT in ChatGPT, a Gem in Gemini, or a Project in Claude. ChatGPT (Free, Go, Plus), Gemini and Claude all offer this today, with file limits on free plans. AI apps or plans without file uploads won't work with the pack. Check your plan before you buy.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
Not included in this purchase, and not strictly required: free plans work, but with lower limits and simpler models. For the best experience we recommend a paid plan with one AI provider, about €22–23 a month (ChatGPT Plus, Google AI Pro or Claude Pro). On ChatGPT Plus, OpenAI describes daily voice use as nearly unlimited, enough for long voice conversations every day. A month costs less than a single session with most therapists. It's a great way to prepare, but it doesn't replace a real therapist. We still highly recommend seeing one.
Is this therapy?
No. It helps you understand your patterns and prepare for therapy. The AI instructions forbid diagnosing and trauma work, and point to professional and crisis help. If you're struggling, please contact your GP or a therapist.
What is a schema?
A deep belief about yourself, other people or the world, usually formed in childhood when a core need wasn't met. Schemas run in the background and shape how you react — often in ways that once protected you but now get in the way.
Where does the test come from?
It's the Maladaptive Schema Scale (MSS-v1.4), developed by clinical psychologists at NovoPsych in 2024. It measures 27 schemas, building on Jeffrey Young's original schema model.
What happens to my data?
Your answers, scores and analysis are stored encrypted, linked to your email under a private link. They are never shared or sold, are deleted automatically after 18 months, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. When you use the AI pack, you share your results with the AI company you choose — check its privacy settings first. See the privacy policy.
Why is the number of places limited?
The questionnaire is licensed from its developers, NovoPsych, and the licence allows a set number of people per year. When places run out you can join the waitlist.
