What we store and why

Email address and order. When you buy the test we store your email address and order, to send your access link and let you return to your downloads.

Test answers and scores. We store your answers and scores with your order, so you can view your results and, if you test again later, compare them. Because test answers say something about your mental wellbeing, we treat them as health data under the GDPR and only store them with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout, and you can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.

Payments. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam). We store the payment ID, amount and status — never your bank or card details. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes; your test answers are not part of them.

In-depth analysis. Your analysis is generated on our own server from your scores.

Your AI Companion Pack. The pack is a download. If you load it into an AI assistant, you share your results with that AI provider under their privacy terms, not ours. We recommend switching off model-training on your chats first.

Where and how long

Data is stored on servers in the Netherlands (Theory7). Your answers, scores and analysis are stored encrypted, and are deleted automatically 18 months after your test (or earlier if you delete your account). Order records without your answers are kept 7 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can view, download (print your results), correct or delete your data. Delete everything yourself from My results, or email us. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

We use one functional session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms, and one cookie that remembers your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
