Not a diagnosis or treatment. The test and analysis are tools for self-reflection and to support conversations with a qualified professional. They do not diagnose any condition and do not replace therapy or medical advice. In crisis, call 113 (0800-0113) or 112.

The questionnaire. The Maladaptive Schema Scale (MSS-v1.4) is created by NovoPsych (Buchanan, Bartholomew, Smyth & Hegarty, 2024) and used under its open-source licence. NovoPsych owns all rights in the assessment.

What you buy. One-off digital access for one person: the questionnaire, your results and personal analysis (on screen), and the AI Companion Pack. No subscription.

AI Companion Pack. The pack contains files you can choose to load into an AI assistant of your choice (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). Conversations with that AI happen on that provider's service, under their terms, and are not provided or monitored by us. The pack is a reflection aid. It is not therapy, counselling or medical advice, and an AI can make mistakes. Always take important insights to a qualified professional.

AI subscription not included. To use the AI Companion Pack you need an account with an AI provider whose plan lets you save instructions and upload files (for example ChatGPT Projects or custom GPTs, Gemini Gems, Claude Projects). Plans without file uploads are not supported. Free plans work with lower limits; a paid plan (about €22–23 a month, paid to that provider) gives the best experience. This is not part of your purchase.

Right of withdrawal. At checkout you ask for access straight away and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once you start the test (Art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). Haven't started the test yet? Email us within 14 days of paying for a full refund.

Price. €29,50 including VAT.

Discount codes. One code per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined, and may have an end date or a limited number of uses.

Limited places. Our licence for the questionnaire allows a limited number of people per calendar year. When places are full, sales pause until the next year.

Liability. We provide the service with care but can't guarantee results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
